There is the "Crimes Act" that talks about 2 years jail for leaking information obtained by ones "office".
But the Howard government supposedly abolished the concept of "office".
So I wonder if the act still applies.Is it illegal for Australian public servants to leak information ?Yes, there's something called privacy.
