How often do they update and put new information in their database. Just curious for renting purposes.How often do those tenant screening companies update their information?Tenant screening companies don't "have" files on people, unless they have been checked by them recently. When the are hired to screen they use the current, publicly-available records.How often do those tenant screening companies update their information?I am kinda just guessing here but if you are a new tenant looking for property then the information provided by the screening companies will be up to date and accurate. However if you are already renting them I don't see any reason for them to go to the bother of screening you again. They get a NEW Credit report, Check the Court Records for Judgements , Evictions, and Convictions .....



They verify with your employer or source of Income ...



And; of course, they verify with your current landlord as to WHY you are moving ..... and if you were ever late with rents etc ....How often do those tenant screening companies update their information?
Usually their databases are updated weekly.
