How may I have information restored once account has been deactivated?

My account was deactivated for inactivity awhile back. I would like to have previously stored information retrieved. This was done for me once in the past. Now I'm being told I can only restore information lost in the past 24 hours and I want information from approximately 18 months ago.How may I have information restored once account has been deactivated?its not possible
