Use Microsoft Paint to white-out vehicle tags, boat registrations, faces, etc. Right mouse-click on the image and choose 'Open With' and select 'Paint'. Use the Brush tool to obscure information you don't want to share with the world. Use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to crop and resize images. Use the Picture menu's Crop option to remove all but a selected area of a photo. To resize the image pixels, choose the Picture menu's Resize option and select 'Predefined width x height' or select the 'Custom width x height'. This will cut the image down in size and allow you to upload your edited picture faster.
