I think I need to present them with certain information, but don't know what that information is.What kind of information do you need to wire money?They can just go to the nearest Western Union counter to wire you the money. They'll need your name exactly as it's shown on your picture ID, or you'll need to set up a test question and answer and give that information to WU.



When you go to collect the money you'll need your picture ID or the answer to the test question, the name of the sender and the amount of money that they sent you.
