What type of information, records, etc do realtors keep on a property and/or seller when you list with them? Also how long do they keep this information on hand?
ThanksWhat type of information do realtors keep on hand when you list a property with them?Most all Realtorsåº keep all info for at least 3 years (IRS) and as in my case, forever! You never know when a property you sold may have an issue, even 10 years after the sale.
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that I belong to,keeps their records for 10 years on line. The county keep recorded data forever.
