What information do i have to prove a wrongful termantion caused by recently deceased brother?

My aunt needed a lawyer for a wrongful termination claim. She had gotten fired due to visiting her brother in the hospital who has recently passed. She had stated that the lawyer needed her to get her brothers bank information, life insurance information, and social security information. She had never gotten along with her brother. this is my fathers personal info and need to know if the lawyer would actually need this information or if she is up to something not good? Please anyone help. What information do i have to prove a wrongful termantion caused by recently deceased brother? The only correct answer would be to visit and consult with an attorney. As a paralegal, my gut instinct is telling me that you are being lied to. I don't work in employment law, so I don't know exactly what he would need, but honestly...that doesn't sound right. The attorney could easily prove the death of the brother by requesting a certified copy of the death certificate from the clerk's office. I am not sure why they would need bank information, life insurance information or his SSN. Sounds like your aunt maybe trying to probate his estate without your knowledge. Again, this isn't legal advice, but I think you really need to NOT disclose that information without speaking to an attorney. If this is your father, you probably need to start the probate process if you have not and try to get the court to name you the administrator of the estate before she beats you to the punch. What information do i have to prove a wrongful termantion caused by recently deceased brother? She would not need any of that information for a wrongful termination suit and the circumstances would not qualify for one in the first place. What information do i have to prove a wrongful termantion caused by recently deceased brother? She does not need that information at all for the wrongful termination claim.
