We used to do this for legal evidence, and unless the person blacked out the original copy badly... most likely you won't be able to see anything at all. hate to say it, but if you were to go to the courthouse or wherever it was sent from, PERSONALLY... you might be able to persuade some low paying staff member to show you the original. i know a friend who did that. money talks.

Many programs can be found on the internet that can pull a lot of personal information from your IP, including your address, phone number, etc. Using this information they can easily get your name, relatives names, job info, and other personal things that you would rather keep private. And that's just what regular people can do with it! The best they can usually get is your ISP, and maybe what part of town your service is running. Without the ISP releasing the information, people cannot find out any more about an IP

If someone actually got your house address from an IP, that means someone else (at the ISP) broke some privacy law.... There are crooks everywhere, someone willing to make a buck on giving information out.
